I.M.P.A.C.T. Fitness Schedule:

stretch

  • Walkers:
    M-F, 8:00-9:00am
    Monthly coffees TBA
  • Men’s Open B-ball:
    Thurs, 7:00-9:00pm
  • Women’s Aeor/Tone*:
    MW, 9:30-10:30am
    A complete workout in intervals of cardio and weights.  Taught by Roxanne Morey, Olivia Lemerand and Chris Sipka.
  • Women’s Pilates*:
    Tuesday & Friday, 9:30-10:30am
    Enhance your ability to strengthen core muscles through movement and breathing. Taught by Patty Herblet.
  • Co-Ed J.A.M.*:
    Tue/Thurs, 4:00-5:00pm
    Joy through Aerobic Movement. You will dance away the pounds, strengthen and tone your body all in 1 hour. Taught by Kathy Smith. 
  • Co-ed Aero/Tone*:
    Tue/Thurs, 5:30-6:30pm
    A complete workout in intervals of cardio and weights.  Taught by Roxanne Morey, Olivia Lemerand and Chris Sipka.
