Heart and Sole
Running and Walking Group 

Do you need a friend to walk or run with? In April and May every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30am we will walk/run outside on the Alma College track and/or Heartland trail. Beginners and beyond are welcome. There are training schedules available for those who want to compete in 5K races this spring and summer. Call Chris at His Place 463-1676.
