I.M.P.A.C.T. Activities begin September 20
- Walkers:
M-F, 8:00-9:00am
Monthly coffees TBA
- Aerobics*:
MW, 9:30-10:30am
A combination of low & high impact dance and exercise moves to improve your cardio-vascular fitness plus a toning and strengthening segment.
- Pilates*:
Tuesday & Friday, 9:30-10:30am
Enhance your ability to strengthen core muscles through movement and breathing.
- Cardio ball and toning*:
Tue/Thurs, 4:00-5:00pm
A "no-impact" cardio workout plus toning and strengthening exercises.
- Co-ed Aerobics*:
Tue/Thurs, 5:30-6:30pm
- Men's Open B-ball:
Thurs, 7:00-9:00pm
- Beginning in January - Men's Church League B-ball:
Mon, 5:30-?pm
- Beginning in February - Moving to Music:
(February 2 - March 23) Tue, 11:00-11:30am
A program for pre-school children & moms designed to encourage physical play & interaction to music.
*Free childcare is available for all aerobics classes including ball class and Pilates class.
