Pastor's Class "Our DNA, A Class for Newcomers"

DNA Sunday, April 25th from 2-5:30PM, Pastor Steve would like to invite everyone who is new to our congregation to "Our DNA, A Class for Newcomers." During this session, we'll discuss what makes us unique as a church, our particular mission and purpose. We'll also talk about the message First Church of God exists to share, how newcomers can get involved, what the church expects of its members and much more. We will enjoy a complimentary meal together during the last hour of the class. If you've been wondering how to get involved at First Church of God, or what makes this church tick, this is the place to begin. "Our DNA…" will meet in the west room. A sign up sheet is available at the Welcome Center. Please RSVP to the church office (or phone 463-3730) by Wednesday, April 21st.

April 30 - Wrecking Ball Concert Fundraiser
	Our Youth group invites you to a “Wrecking Ball Concert” and fundraiser on Friday, April 30th from 6:30-8:30 pm at His Place. A free-will offering will be collected with proceeds to go towards our building blast capital campaign. Concession stands will be available at minimal cost. Please contact Pastor Ben if you would like more information.

2010 College and High School Graduates

Please submit your graduation photo along with a brief description of your future plans and information regarding your open house (date, time, & location) to the church office by May 12. You may submit your information either by email to firstcog@gmail.com or by dropping it off Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.

“OPERATION” FAMILY FIRST AID KITS FOR GULU

From May 25th to June 10th, Robyn & Cali Anderson will be in Gulu, Uganda serving with Sports Outreach Institute, a sport’s ministry mission organization. For our service project, we will be collecting first aid “shoebox” kits to distribute to the village people of Gulu. On Sunday May 2nd, empty shoeboxes will be available in the Narthex for individuals & families to take and fill with first aid supplies. The filled first aid shoeboxes will be collected on Sundays, May 9th & May 16th.
