The Ultimate Olympics:
June 22nd - 25th (M-Th)

• 9:00-11:00am.
   1st-3rd graders (as of fall '09)
• 12:00-2:00pm.
  4th-6th graders (as of fall '09)

Camp Description: Join in this competitive-fun-crazy-camp as you strive to do your best playing a variety of traditional and non-traditional games. Use team work and imagination as you obtain clues to discove God's love for you. You will create, explore, and play your way through the week!

Camp Director: Haley Underwood along with a unique and talented group of teenagers and adults from Bethel Lutheran Church, Chicago, IL.

Basketball Camp:
July 13th - 17th (M-F)

• 9:00-11:00am. 7-11yrs.
•12:00-2:30pm. 12yrs and up

Camp Description: Basketball camp will introduce boys and girls to the fundamental skills ans rules of the sport with emphasis on enjoyment and good sportsmanship. Christian coaches share Biblical lessons that apply to athletics as well as every day life.

Coaches: Haley Underwood, Kari Flunker, and Kelley Halverson will share a vast amount of basketball knowledge and experience, along with a fun spirit and love for the Lord.
Haley is a former basketball player and His Place basketball camp coach. She is currently a physical education teacher in Chicago.
Kari is a former All-American basketball player and is currently the director of basketball operations at the University of Wisconsin.
Kelley is a former Alma College basketball player and is currently a JV basketball coach in Bellaire, Michigan.
They will be joined by a dynamic group of former players and coaches.

Camp Whatya Wannado

Craft Creations: July 20th - 24th (M-F)

• 9:00-11:00am. ages 5-15
•12:00-2:00pm. ages 5-15

Camp Description: Each day your child will have one guided craft reflecting the theme "I am a friend of God". The remaining time will be spent creating their own projects using miscellaneous craft items.

Cardboard Creations: July 27th - 31st

• 9:00-11:00am ages 5-8 years
•12:00-2:00pm. ages 9-15 years

Camp Description: Design, create and play in an imaginary world of cardboard to the theme "I am a friend of God"!

Camp Director: Sue Stack. Sue has a bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University in Education with a double major in Physical & Recreation Administration.

VOLUNTEER NEEDED
We are in need of a volunteer who is knowledgeable in Power Point which is used during our Sunday Worship Celebration. Please contact the church office.
