Dear Church Family... these past couple of months Dean and I have truly experienced God's love and grace from the many gestures of kindness from you, our church family. From the delicious meals and desserts, the many thoughtful cards and phone calls, and the unceasing prayers, it has been overwhelming and we are so thankful for you all. When there has been uncertainty in our lives, we've always known where to find comfort and love. We serve an awesome God who knows our needs and always provides the strength to get through the tough times, and His love surrounds us through you all. Thank you for caring for our family the way you do! Church Co-Ed Softball Sign-upPlease let Angie Armstrong know if you are interested in playing on the church co-ed softball team. Baby Bottle BoomerangWe have a wonderful opportunity to support Pregnancy Services of Gratiot County and their many life affirming programs. Please stop by the Welcome Center and pick up a baby bottle that you can take and fill with change, bills or a check. Please also use these bottles in your home as a reminder to pray for their ministry as you fill it with your loose change. We ask for the bottles to be returned to church Father's Day weekend, Sunday, June 21st. Family NewsEunice Sangster has been diagnosed with Bladder Cancer. At this time we ask her church family to be in prayer for she and Ken. Pray for wisdom for the doctors. We will keep you posted as we learn of the outcome of her biopsy or any further information she and Ken wish to share. Romans 12: 4-5 NIV Betty Thrush, beloved mother of Ginger Smith was embraced by her Lord, Jesus Christ on Sunday, May 10th at her home with her family by her side. A funeral service for Betty is scheduled for Thursday, May 14th at 1 pm at M-46 Tabernacle. The family will receive family and friends at a visitation scheduled for Wednesday, May 13th at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Vestaburg from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm.
