Pastor's Class Our DNA
Sunday, April 26th from 2-6 PM, Pastor Steve would like to invite everyone who is new to our congregation to "Our DNA, A Class for Newcomers."During this session, we'll discuss what makes us unique as a church, our particular mission and purpose.We'll also talk about the message First Church of God exists to share, how newcomers can get involved, what the church expects of its members and much more.We will enjoy a complimentary meal together during the last hour of the class.If you've been wondering how to get involved at First Church of God, or what makes this church tick, this is the place to begin."Out DNA..." will meet in the west room.A sign up sheet is available at the Welcome Center. April 25 - Healthy Marriage Healthy Church Presents: Chili Night
Bring your favorite pot of chili and board or card game to His Place Family Enrichment Center at 6:00PM. Sign up to enter your favorite chili recipe at the podium near the Welcome Center. The chili judging will begin at 6:00. After your tummy is full the games will begin. Married or soon to be married couples - please join us!
Teamagers
Sunday, May 3rd is our final meeting until fall. All who are age 55 and older are WELCOME. Bring a dish to pass and your own table service. Beverages are provided. Hope to see you there!

ChristCare Small Groups
East side, west side, all around the town. For the location of a ChristCare Group near you, see the ChristCare section on the bulletin board located in the narthex; then complete a ChristCare Interest Card from the Welcome Center and drop it in the offering plate or return it to the Welcome Center. Easter Service
Did you miss the service? Maybe just want to hear Easter again? Thank you Joe Chvojka for providing a video for the website! Just go to the April 12 podcast to either watch the video or listen to the audio of our Easter service.
Phones for Phunds
Please consider donating your unused and unwanted cell phones. The phones will be purchased by an organization that will restore and provide them to our troops. All receipts will benefit our missions outreach to Sierra Leone, West Africa. Cell phones can be deposited in a marked box in the narthex. Thank you.
Eight Cap Weatherization Assistance Program
Our friends at Eight Cap want us to know about their weatherization assistance program. This program is absolutely free. If you or someone you know needs help weatherizing your home, please call Roni Perez at 463-5693. You can also apply for heating assistance (for deliverable fuel only).
